Lime CRM 2026.25

Sign-in

  • You will be signed out once after this update and need to sign in again.

Administrators page

  • Auto-Follow and assignment notification settings now live together under System > Notifications, with a section for each table that has an activity feed or coworker field.

After the update, open System > Notifications on the Administrators page and check that your Auto-Follow and assignment notification choices are as you expect and save them.

  • A new section, Notify followers about, lets administrators choose what a record's followers are notified about, such as new history or new to-dos in its activity feed. All are on until an administrator turns them off.

  • We now recommend settings when yours notify about more than recommended. You can preview the changes before saving them.

On the Administrators page, under System > Notifications, choose "Preview recommended settings" to review the proposed changes. Save applies them; Undo puts back your previous choices.

  • Moving to a configuration section with nothing to edit now clears the previous form, preventing Save from overwriting the wrong section.

  • Saved configuration now stays unchanged when saving fails, instead of temporarily showing unsaved values as saved.

  • In view and start page settings, some explanations shown under a field or list are now behind the (?) help icon next to its title.

  • On the Import page, importing several configurations now saves every valid one and shows which were refused and why.

  • On the Administrators page, the bulk action command picker now offers the bulk create dialog and accepts a command ID you type.

  • In the rule editor, filter conditions now show option labels instead of internal values, and options without text are labeled "Empty".

Notifications

  • Mentioning a large group (about 300 people or more) in a note no longer leaves the whole group without a notification.

  • A mention in a new note no longer also sends a follower notification for that same note.

  • Notification times now display in your time zone.

  • Notification headings now show the creator's name instead of "{author}" when the creator has no coworker record.

  • Notifications about notes with wide content, such as HTML emails, no longer run past the edge of the notification.

AI Assist

  • The side panel can now be widened further to read wide answers, while keeping space for navigation and the main view.

AI Agents

  • Custom agents now use Fast or Powerful model choices that follow the latest Claude Haiku or Claude Sonnet model. Existing Haiku 4.5 and Sonnet 4.5 selections change automatically.

After the update, review the model shown for each agent on the Administrators page and test the results of automations that use it. Recheck those results when the selected model changes.

  • The invocation log now starts fresh after the update and no longer shows the fallback-model and credit columns.

  • The agent tester no longer shows credits.

  • For agents that include files, "Files included in this agent" now lists the formats, file sizes, counts and page limits accepted by the selected model when its limits can be loaded. Otherwise, the section says the limits could not be loaded.

Basic helpdesk

  • New installations of Basic helpdesk now include ticket automations (switched off) and a "New ticket" action on Company and Person.

When updating an existing installation, review the installer under Settings > Customer Service > Setup on the Administrators page. Deselect the new automations to keep those installed manually, and configure new automations before activating them. If you already added ticket actions, deselect "New ticket action (Company)" and "New ticket action (Person)" to keep one button on each card. If you configured Lime BI widgets manually, leave "Lime BI widgets" unselected to keep their configured IDs.

Protocols

  • Protocol responses in the web client now save automatically after you stop editing, replacing the manual Save button. The inline status shows when saving succeeds or fails.

After editing, check for "Saved" or "Saved just now". "⚠️ Unable to save" means changes remain unsaved; navigating to another path triggers a save attempt when edits are pending.

  • Administrators can now choose whether an action targets the current record, the protocol or its response. Existing actions keep their current record context.

  • Actions can now be configured separately for each table, appearing only when the protocol is opened on a record from that table.

  • The protocol selector now keeps selected protocols in a separate collapsible section. You can search available protocols without losing your selections, and each section shows its count.

  • Search now finds records by option labels in your language, including matches that were missing from results and category counts.

  • Relation search results now keep empty number fields blank.

  • Times in relation search results now show correctly.

  • Renaming or deleting a related record now updates search results for records restricted to an owner or group.

  • Search results no longer drop a record when its option value has been removed.

  • Search now gives coworkers their intended priority when records match the same word.

  • Records in some tables that were missing from search now appear in results and category counts.

Table view and filters

  • Selected records that stop matching the view after an edit are now deselected, so later bulk actions exclude them. This also applies to related records.

Object card

  • Creating a related record inline no longer loses the entered value when you change another field in the dialog.

  • The action bar no longer overlaps an open side panel or split view.

  • Feed no longer flickers in a narrow panel when it shows document thumbnails.

  • Feed now fills the full width of its panel, such as a split view, instead of stopping at a fixed width.

Email

  • Email templates can now list who is on To and CC and tailor the text according to whether the recipient is on To or CC.

  • Normal emails from Proton Mail are no longer misclassified as automatic mail, so they can start conversations and receive configured automatic replies and updates.

  • Emails with attachments whose file names we can't store are now imported, with the file name cleaned up, instead of failing.

  • Web addresses and email addresses in plain-text emails are clickable links again.

Mail Add-ons

  • Emails with another email or a calendar item attached can now be saved. Before, the whole save failed. Attachments that can't be saved, such as cloud attachments or emails dragged in as attachments in Outlook on the web or the new Outlook, are skipped and the rest of the email still saves.

  • Saving an email with many attachments no longer fails.

  • Emails whose subject or attachment names contain characters we don't allow in file names can now be saved. The characters are removed from the file name, and the email's subject stays the same.

Files

  • Uploaded files keep non-English characters in their names, such as å, ä and ö.

  • Files whose names contain a quotation mark followed by a comma can now be downloaded in Chrome and Edge.

Forms

  • Disabled rich-text editors and their toolbar buttons no longer allow editing.

  • Unnamed items in collapsible form lists now show "New item" instead of an empty heading.

Text messages

  • Transactional SMS can now send from a number with a country code (+46...) registered in Lime Marketing.
  • Long labels in horizontal tabs now end with an ellipsis, keeping the icon and badge visible.

  • If you have expanded the navigation menu, it now shows each button's label below its icon when the window is narrow.

Add Company Data (ACD)

  • D&B Data Blocks monitoring no longer overwrites a custom DUNS number field and uses your configured provider ID, last-updated and error fields.

  • The company count on the Onboarding page now uses the configured fields, matching "Clean up data".

Lime BI

  • Widget parameters can now use a field from a record related to the current coworker or record. If there is no related record, the dashboard filter stays open.

  • Widget filters now work when a value contains &, #, + or %.

Webhooks

  • Webhook subscriptions can now use version 2 signing, which signs a timestamp with each delivery. To use it, create the subscription through the version 2 API.

Bulk export

  • In CSV exports, some values, such as phone numbers starting with +, now start with an apostrophe (').

Accessibility

  • Screen readers now announce labels, help text and required, invalid and read-only states for form fields, including text fields, dropdowns, pickers, sliders, checkboxes, switches and rich-text editors. Read-only text fields, date fields, pickers and dropdowns can now be reached with the Tab key, and you can select and copy the text in a read-only text field.

  • Screen readers now announce named icons, tooltip descriptions, navigation button names and the current page, form headings that follow the form's sections, and the names of popups and dialogs.

Keyboard shortcuts

  • Browser shortcuts that combine Alt, Ctrl or Cmd with the arrow keys, Home or End now work while a tab has focus. For example, Alt+Left goes back instead of switching tab.

  • Tab now reaches tab bars that have no selected tab. Arrow keys then move between their tabs.

  • Dropdown fields now open with the Up and Down arrow keys.

  • Tab now leaves fields and pickers while suggestions are open.

  • Escape now closes a text field’s suggestions while keeping focus in the field.

  • Typing, Backspace and Delete now return focus from a suggestion or a picker action to its field so you can continue editing.

  • In pickers, Down Arrow now reaches suggestions before actions.

  • Closing a menu or popup now returns focus to an enabled control, even when the opener also has disabled controls.

  • Tabs and dropdown fields now show clearly when they have keyboard focus. Tabs no longer get a colored tint when you click or hover over them.
