Automated flow triggers¶

The Default triggers¶

All Automated Flows will display two triggers as a standard starting point to a flow. A user always has the option to manually add participants to the flow through Lime Marketing, and participants can always be added through Bedrock API.

The Lime CRM trigger¶

The Lime CRM trigger appears if the starting point to the Automated Flow is a python customization enrolling participants from an event in Lime CRM.

The Subscribed to publication trigger¶

By default, every Automated Flow customer has the option to drag-and-drop in a 'Subscribed to publication' trigger to kick off a flow. The trigger will enroll new subscribers who opt in through the specified publication’s double opt-in form.
