How It Works - Vainu

Using Vainu as data source requires the customer either to have an agreement with Vainu, or the customer must have an agreement with Lime to use our overarching license, which is only available for Dutch customers after consultation with their sales rep.

Vainu API

ACD fetches data from the Vainu company API. When a search is performed, it will show up to 20 results in a list. When a company is added, the same API is used, but this time all relevant information is fetched from that company.

Country support

Searches in the Vainu API can only be performed in the countries for which the customer has a subscription with Vainu. If the customer uses Lime's license, all searches are performed in the Netherlands.
