What Is Done with Personal Data¶
If the company you are searching for and then importing to Lime CRM is a sole trader, then personal data is treated and saved in Lime CRM. The search result data is only available to the user performing the search and is only available until the user closes the search dialog, whereas the imported data is stored as a company object in Lime CRM and available for the Lime CRM users with access to that company object.
Why Personal Data Is Needed¶
If the Lime CRM user needs to import a sole trader company, then its data must be fetched from the data provider and stored in Lime CRM.
What Personal Data¶
This depends on how you set up the mappings in the configuration of ACD. Typically, name and address is used.
Transfer of Personal Data¶
Both when searching and when importing: The data is sent from the data provider as a response to an HTTP request from Lime CRM.
Logging of Personal Data¶
There is no logging being made.
Possible Avoidance of Using Personal Data¶
The only theoretical way to fully avoid personal data is to never search for something where the data provider result list will contain sole traders.
