Workflows — User Login

Workflows users log in using their Lime CRM credentials — no separate password or registration is needed. Lime CRM verifies the user's identity and grants access to Workflows based on their group membership.

User Access

To grant a user access to Workflows, assign them to one of these groups in Lime CRM:

Group	Access level
Workflow Editors	Can create and edit workflows
Workflow Viewers	Can view workflows (read-only)

Users who are not members of either group cannot access Workflows.

How Login Works

1. The user opens Workflows and clicks Login with SSO.
2. If they are already logged in to Lime CRM, they are signed in immediately. Otherwise, they are redirected to the Lime CRM login page first.

Role changes take effect on the next login. After updating a user's group, ask them to log out and log back in.

Enabling the Menu Link

To show a Workflows link in the Lime CRM menu, enable it in application configuration:

Troubleshooting

User cannot access Workflows

The user must be a member of Workflow Editors or Workflow Viewers. Verify the group assignment and ask the user to log out and log in again.
