✍️ eSign, Upgraded: Drawn Signatures and More¶
Lime eSign now supports drawn signatures, customizable communication, API access, and PAdES sealing.

- Drawn signature (SES): signers can draw on screen; signature is embedded in the PDF and shown on the verification page. Checkbox-only tenants see an in-app nudge with where to enable it. Rollout begins after updated terms are in place.
- Customizable signing communication: per-send edits of signing title, email subject, and body; greeting now visible in the create signing dialog; admins set default greeting/subject/body per language.
- Formal titles: You can use titles (e.g., Herr, Frau, Dr.) and include them in greetings.
- One-click Convert to PDF and send for signing: start from a .docx, we auto-convert and open the create signing dialog with the PDF preselected. Requires Live Docs.
- Turn off “Active user as default signer”: new admin toggle to stop auto-adding the initiator, useful when customers sign with the organization rather than a specific coworker.
- API: create and cancel signings from your own flows to automate multi-step processes.
- PAdES sealing: eID-signed PDFs now use PAdES, verifiable in standard PDF viewers with long-term validation.

⚡ A Smooth and Easy Way to Filter¶
We say "goodbye" to the "Begins with" filter and introduce a more powerful and transparent way to build filters based on what you type.

- Powerful. Filter within texts. "tech" now gives you a hit for "Lime Technologies".
- Visual. A clear and easy visualization of your filter. No matter which view you use.
- Editable. Edit you filter in an easy fashion. No matter which view you use.
- Performant. We only filter on the columns the hold your filter term. The server says "thank you".
- Understandable. We visualize where we got hit for your search terms. No need to go over your results to see where you got a hit for "fredrik" and which objects are considered "bycatch" and should be excluded.

- Office file preview with Live Docs.

📜 Change Log in the Web Client¶
No more guessing games or chasing colleagues for answers. With the Change Log, users can:

- Quickly verify edits to critical data
- Understand the full story of a record
- Build trust by knowing exactly what happened
Enable via LISA:
- Toggle Log Changes per limetype.
Notes:
- Retention: 30 days by default but adjustable.

🔔 Auto-Follow: Stay in the Loop Automatically¶
In the last release, we announced Notifications; a way to communicate and collaborate better. We made it even better.
- When you write a note on an object (like a Ticket), you’ll automatically start following it.
- Following means you’ll get notified about all updates on that object—no more missing important changes.
- It also works for Email, making sure you get notified on replies in your Email Conversations.
Configuration:
- Enabled by default but can be turned off per Lime Type. For example, keep Auto-Follow on for Tickets but off for Companies.

👥 Missing a Coworker Card? Not Anymore¶
No more errors due to Users missing a Coworker (a.k.a. Profile) card.

- Coworker card auto-created when a new user is created.
- If required fields (e.g., Department), Coworker card opens for completion.
✉️ Smarter Email Threading¶
Invisible conversation tracking using Message-ID and avoiding accidental duplicate tickets.

What’s New:
We have a cleaner, smarter way to keep email conversations stitched together—without any visible identifiers. Instead of injecting codes into the subject line or reply-to address, Lime CRM now uses standard email headers to track replies. It’s invisible, reliable, and just works.
And in Conversations with multiple recipients, people cannot reply to "the wrong" email and accidently create a duplicate ticket.
Enable via Lime Admin:
- Settings → Email → Method to identify → Select Message-ID

📬 Better Insights into Email Delivery¶

Lime CRM can automatically detect and log email sending errors, helping you:
- Be notified on errors directly in Notifications.
- See failed deliveries directly in Activities and the Conversation.
- Understand the cause of common issues like invalid addresses or SMTP errors.
- Detect errors early — users are able to take action before the impact is great.

📧 Email: Solid and Flexible Handling of Auto-Replies¶
We have done some important changes on how to treat emails that come from other systems, bots or auto-replies. We call these kinds of emails "automatic emails".
- Smarter detection: Improved identification of automatic emails.
- No loops: CRM never reacts with auto‑replies or auto-updates to automatic emails, but linked conversation emails are still saved.
- Flexibility built in:
- By default, automatic emails are not imported.
- A new checkbox in Lime Admin lets you block them if no corresponding Conversation can be found.
📂 Live Docs for Everyone¶
Update: Support for “Specific People” sharing links
What’s New:
- You can now pick a Link sharing model that we call Specific people links.
- This enables online editing for guest users as well as maintaining tighter access control.
Configuration:
- Choose between “Organization links” and “Specific People” links.
- “Specific People” links requires Single Sign-On + SCIM (user provisioning).
