Need a colleague’s eyes on something? Just type @name in any Activities and they’ll get a ping via the new 🔔 icon in Lime.

Kanban view¶
Whether you’re tracking Deals, managing Tickets, or planning marketing activities, this view brings a more visual and intuitive experience to your fingertips.
- Group objects by any option field (like status, phase, or priority).
- Add group insights—display helpful aggregations like average deal size, total value, or item count per column.
- Customize layouts: choose your group field, sorting, visibility, which options to include, and which field to show as assignee (at the bottom of each item).

Email Drafts¶
No more lost drafts. We automatically save your email drafts so you never lose what you typed and can return to your email at a later point.
Faster Web Client¶
By using something called Service Workers, the web client just got a lot faster. Most notably, you will see the difference when you open a card in a new browser tab.

Email: Fewer Clicks With Split Actions¶
When answering Tickets in Lime CRM, every second counts—and so does every click. That’s why we’ve made it easier to move faster from email to action with a brand-new feature: Split Actions when sending emails.
Email: Support for Many Types Email Servers¶
Previously, we only supported Exchange Online and Gmail. Now other email servers, such as Exchange On-premise, are also supported.

Email: Processed Emails Moved to a Dedicated Folder¶
Until now, emails imported into your CRM have only been marked as read. Going forward, these emails will also be moved to a folder called “Lime CRM Integration Processed” after import.
This update helps keep your inbox tidy and improves the performance of the email integration. By moving processed emails out of the inbox, we can ensure smoother operation and faster handling of new emails.
Email: Smoother Troubleshooting With Email Logs¶
We keep a log of all emails being sent and received to make troubleshooting easier.
Beta: Quick filtering¶
Now you quickly can create filters, see which filters are applied and edit them. Key features:
- Filter for keywords that are found in the middle or end of texts.
- Visual illustration of the filter so you see what is applied.
- Ability to edit the filter without using the column filters in the table view.

Beta: Improved search¶
The Search is now up to ten times faster. You can now search across multiple fields at once – for example, typing 'Lime Stockholm' will show results where 'Lime' is in the company name and 'Stockholm' is in the city.
