Features¶
Layouts¶
Layouts makes viewing and managing data more intuitive and personal. It lets admins and user customize the table view so you see the relevant columns and sorting depending on the filter set you picked.
Filter-Specific Layouts – Admins can now create unique table layouts for each filter set, ensuring relevant data appears where needed. User-Friendly Customization – Users can override admin settings or build their own layouts without needing admin support. Streamlined Setup – Default layouts provide new team members with a well-organized starting point, reducing setup time.
Email Text Snippets¶
Text Snippets let you insert pre-written text into emails in just a second. Think of it as your stash of ready-to-go responses and go-to solutions always at your fingertips.
Colored Pins in Maps¶
We have added the possibility to color the pins on the Map view. Colors are based on properties on the objects shown and are configured to your liking by any administrator in Lime CRM.
Recently Deleted¶
The Recently Deleted is Lime CRM's equivalent of the Trash Can. Whenever a user deletes a Customer, Deal or Ticket, it will be stored in the Recently Deleted. The user who deleted the object or an administrator has 30 days to restore the object before it gets permanently deleted.
Automation Improvements¶
Now you can add an Initial Condition so you do not have to repeat the same condition over and over again.
Sometimes you want your Automations to execute in a certain order. Especially if you want to use the output (for example Write Note) as input to another automation (for example Calculate Number of Notes). Now you can control this so that your Automations happen in the right order.
Excel Document Templates¶
Now you can create quotes from Microsoft Excel Document Templates. We support merge codes and even macros in the excel files. Great for those advanced price caluclation quotes!
Work Order¶
Now you can open Work Orders in the side panel, when working in the Resource Planner. This makes it possible to view the details of a Work Order without leaving the Resource Planner. The Resource Planner is also shown in full screen, using your screen space to the fullest.
You also get warnings if you leave the Protocol or Resource Planner with unsaved changes.
Version Control of Lime Admin Configuration¶
Version Handling in Lime Admin lets you track, restore, and manage your settings effortlessly.
Every configuration change in Lime Admin is now tracked, timestamped, and—most importantly—reversible.
Sequence Numbers¶
Sequence numbers can be used to generate Ticket numbers, Project numbers, or Quotation numbers, for instance. You set the start value and increment. Use Automations to set up the rules for when a new Sequence number should be created.
Entra SSO Self-service Setup¶
Now, your IT department can setup Microsoft Entra SSO themselves with no help needed Lime. The id:s and secrets that used to be sent to Lime are instead entered in Lime Admin by the you. You can even setup so called user provisioning, SCIM, yourself. User provisioning means that users are automatically created in CRM if they are added to the AD Lime User group.
In-app Notifications (beta)¶
Lime CRM just got a lot more collaborative! Now, you will receive in-app notifications whenever:
- You are @mentioned on, for example, a Ticket, Deal or Customer. Great for when you need someone's instant attention.
- One of your groups is @mentioned on, for example, a Ticket, Deal or Customer. Great for when you need the group's instant attention.
- You are Assigned a, for example, To-do, Deal or Ticket. Great for smooth hand-overs.
- There is an update in the Activity Feed of, for example, a Deal, Customer or Ticket you Follow. Great for those extra important objects that you do not want to miss a thing on.
Email: Start a Conversation Automatically (beta)¶
Often, when a ticket is created, you want an email conversation to be started, even if the Ticket was not created from an email. The person might have filled out a form or the Ticket was created manually. But you still want some sort of "auto-reply". That is why we created the Automation Step "Start Email Conversation." In Automations, set up the rules for when a new conversation should be started and write your "auto-reply". You can even have different auto-replies for different rules.
Email: Inline Images (beta)¶
Copy-paste images into your emails. Simple as that.
Lime Object Change Log (beta)¶
Sometimes, especially for compliance reasons, you want to log every single change on a Customer, Deal, or Ticket. That is why we created the Lime Object Change Log.
Faster Web Client (beta)¶
Try out the new feature which makes it super-fast to open objects in a new tab. What used to take up to ten seconds only takes half a second. Ask your Lime contact to activate Service Workers.
