Release notes¶
Features¶
💬 Activities - the 360 view¶
Activities is a timeline, showing everything that has happened on a record. It is a good way to quickly and easily see everything that has happened on a customer, deal or any other record recently. Activities does not only show history notes but also email, documents, tickets, you-name-it! The timeline is displayed to the right in the Split View, and items of different limetypes can easily be shown by using the filter selection at the top. A Composer is shown at the bottom, making it easy to create history content straight in the timeline. In the future, it will be possible to create any content with your own composer.

❔Help tool¶
It can be hard to understand what a field like "Classification: A, B, C or D" or "Priority: 1, 2 or 3" means. The best designs are self-explanatory but sometimes a little help is needed. That is why you can now add a Help
for fields in Lime CRM. By doing so, you can help your users to understand the purpose and usage for each field. Help
promotes user engagement and it help serves as a means of communication between CRM and its users.
❔Help in Lime admin¶
We have put lots of Help in Lime admin, making it easier for administrators to know how and what each setting does. It also creates an easy "bridge" into our documentation when you want to find out more.
👁️ Browser menu¶
We have made it easier to browse and find your lime types. Type to search or browse in the sections, which you set up in Lime Admin ➡️ System ➡️ Browser menu.
👀 Split view and tab order¶
The Split view is a space to the right which is always visible when you are in card full screen mode. No matter which tab you navigate to, it is always there. By default, Activities will show in the Split view but you can configure to make any component show there. Great for those lime types where the Activities timeline is not the most important thing to show. Maybe a checklist or a protocol has a greater value?
We made it easier to manage your tabs on cards. Now you can add and rearrange standard and custom tabs in the same place.

✅ Readonly yes/no fields¶
It can be very hard to communicate what value a read-only yes/no field has. Just look at the examples below to the left. That is why we have a new tool that lets you add custom labels, icons and color to read-only yes/no fields. Examples are found to the right.

⚡Automations - beta¶
Automations is our take on "if this, then that" and it is the perfect tool when you want something to happen automatically. Automations requires no coding and are created in a visual point-and-click tool.
Examples of Automations:
- Create a "status change" when a deal is closed.
- Send notifications upon work order assignment.
- Enroll a lead into an automated flow upon creation.
- Record a timestamp when a ticket is closed.

🐞 Bugfixes¶
- Cursor placement in number fields.
