Client requirements

Web client

Running the Lime CRM Web Client requires the latest version of any of the following web browsers/devices for an optimal experience:

  • Edge (latest - based on Chromium)
  • Chrome (desktop and mobile)
  • Safari (desktop and mobile)
  • Firefox

iOS versions

Desktop client

Hardware

Hardware recommendations for running the Lime CRM Desktop Client:

  • Dual-core CPU, 2 GHz or higher (not an Atom or similar)
  • 4 GB RAM (8 GB or more recommended)
  • At least 1280x720 screen resolution
  • At least 8 Mbit/s full duplex bandwidth available to server for optimal speed

Software

Lime CRM Desktop Client is supported on Microsoft Windows 10 or later with the latest service pack installed. The Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.2 or later (full) is required.

Microsoft Office integration

The Microsoft Office integration supports 32 & 64-bits Office versions 2010, 2013, 2016 and 2019 (2016 & 2019 only with Lime CRM 10.12 or later) with the latest service pack installed. Office 365, both Click-to-Run and MSI based installers are supported.

Warning

Lime CRM is not yet compatible with the "New Outlook for Windows" client

Multi-user environments

When installing the Lime CRM client in a multi-user environment, for example, Terminal Services/Remote Desktop Services/Citrix, make sure to log on as a user with administrator privileges and install Lime CRM through Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs.

Outlook integration

In order to make the Outlook integration work correctly, Lime CRM and Outlook have to run on the same client. If Lime CRM is to be run as a published application, the host system must be configured so that Lime CRM and Outlook are started in the same session.

Microsoft Office 2010 or later, 32 or 64-bit is required.
