lime_authorization: Cast token claims to str if possible
lime_file: use new connection when fetching all files
lime_authentication: EntraId authentication fail on not active users

increased rabbitmq timeout to 48 hours (Celery logs critical error and stops listening for new messages)

performance improvement for querying in solutions with many groups and users (don't load ids when querying group by name)
