Active Directory Integration (LADI)

Lime Active Directory Integration (LADI) has three main functions:

  • It provides single sign on (SSO) functionality for the CRM Desktop client. The Lime CRM user doesn't have to enter username and password when logging in. Instead the server looks up the user's current Windows login and uses that information to authenticate with the Lime CRM Server.

  • It automatically gives users in Active Directory access to Lime CRM. Group memberships are also synchronized according to configuration.

  • It synchronizes information about the user stored in Active Directory with specific tables in the database, most importantly the [coworker] table.
